Welcome to Florida living with a truly paradise vacation! At our waterfront home you can enjoy canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or just relaxing by the pool. Occasionally dolphins and manatees come into the canal. Our huge corner lot home backyard offers several spots to enjoy the 270 degree waterfront views: relax by the pool, sit on the dock to watch boats pass, gather by the fire pit, or lounge under the pavilion. we have direct access to the Tampa Bay. The home is almost 3100 sq ft, with very cozy and simple decorations. Our huge game room feature table games such as ping pong and foosball. Everything you may need for an extended and comfortable stay is included, ie Keurig coffee maker, oversized toaster oven, instant pot, blender.
We have cameras in front , sides and backyard of the house.
We have "Noiseaware" installed only for excessive noise measurements mostly for outdoors. It does NOT record audio.
We are tucked away at the end of the street in a quiet neighborhood. To respect our neighbor we request our guests to be mindful of outdoor noises especially after dark.
NO excessive noise, parties, and events allowed

Summary: We had a wonderful 3 night stay with mothers and daughters to watch the NCAA Final Four games in Tampa.The house sits on a huge corner lot with a ton of water frontage. The neighborhood the backyard faces is really pretty and active with paddle boarders and boats. The yard is awesome! It is what makes the house. The pool, hot tub, seating areas and games, etc. kept everyone busy and very happy!The only issue we had was with the front door digital Panel. One section didn’t want to work for us so it took us awhile to unlock the door each time. But absolutely not a big deal.Everything else was wonderful! The houses living spaces were spacious and updated!

Summary: This spacious home has a fantastic setting: 280 degree view of the waterfront, only a short drive to the Tampa airport. We fished off the dock and spent most of each day by the lovely pool. We took the kayaks out for a nice paddle -- what a bonus! Ping pong and other games were used by the youngsters in our party with a week-long ping pong tournament! A/C is password protected, but a quick message to the owner (very responsive) and we were able to cool down the house. We had a couple of folks doing work this week, so a stronger wifi would be the only suggestion for improvement of this 10/10 property. The owner is responsive to messages, and so don't hesitate to reach out to them for any small issue that might come up. We made a lot of good memories at this spacious, unique, property with beautiful views and a very comfortable, fun pool and hottub. Thank you!

Summary: The house was spacious and clean. The outside area was fantastic with the pool, hot tub, multiple seating areas and access to the water. Fishing was great in the canal out back and the kayaks were easy to launch and use. The host was amazing, very responsive and helpful when we needed to reach out for things.

Summary: Overall, the property functioned well for our party of 14. The neighborhood is quiet & secluded. The pool was large & heated for the cooler January weather. The covered hot tub was great. The kayaks / lifejackets were a nice amenity. The house has a somewhat odd layout, but it does allow for some of the group to have their own space. The craftsmanship of the work that has been done to the house is not great, especially the tile, but it didn't affect the functionality.There were no check-in/check-out instructions provided, other than the door access code & wifi password. The thermostats were passcode protected & set at 77 upon arrival, so we had to contact the host to get the codes to cool the house down. The wifi signal / speed was weak, often causing TV / phone streaming to buffer. After purchasing groceries, we found out the freezer was frozen shut. The owner was responsive & sent their cleaning company to address. They asked us to thaw the fridge overnight. There are no coolers provided on the property, so the cleaning company brought some for us to pack our items into. The microwave had no power, so we had to flip a breaker labeled “bedroom” to get it turned on. Only one of the 4 upstairs bedrooms had a ceiling fan, & the thermostat is in one of bedrooms. So, some rooms were overly cool while the others were overly warm. Some of the bathrooms are very small w/ small showers, which can be challenging. More towels would have been nice, we only had 1 per person.

Summary: hands down best trip any of us have been on. location was fantastic. neighborhood is cozy - Neighbors are friendly. The house was perfect. the back yard is heavily. everything was close by. fantastic trip.

Summary: We thoroughly loved our stay in this Tampa property. There were many activities at the house that keep us enjoying our stay. Our only recommendation is to improve the WiFi speed/consistency. So very glad we had the opportunity to stay in the property. Many memories made. Thanks again!

Summary: This home worked out great for our multi generation family of 11, teens and adults. The house had all the room we needed and the yard was lovely and relaxing. We loved being on the water and saw manatees almost every day. The home owner/manager was super responsive and went out of the way to resolve any issue that came up asap. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It would have been nice to have had more than one bath towel per person, but we didn’t inquire about this while there.
