Summary: This is the nicest holiday rental we’ve ever had. The accommodation is spotlessly clean with modern appliances. The outdoor area is great and made our chill at home days throughly enjoyable. We weren’t sure of the location when looking for somewhere as it’s not central but there are a few bars and shops in walking distance and Ubers to the beach or Las Olas are only 10-15 if you don’t want to drive. We had an issue at check in but the owners were responsive and put it right quickly and to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and location is great! We brought our boat and was able to dock easily and enjoy time on the water. The only complaint I have is wish there would have been more bath towels and kitchen towels.

Summary: The cocktail pool is adorable and temp was perfect. 6 adults can stay very comfortably. The view in the back yard is really lovely. Communication with Steve and Kristen was great. They even checked in on us when we had rough weather. Overall fantastic stay. Ps bring your own 2 ply toilet paper if you don’t like sandpaper on your bum. 😅

Summary: From start to finish this home exceeded our expectations! I don’t know that I’ve been to a cleaner VRBO than this one. This place is well decorated and the added Christmas decor was a huge bonus. The outdoor space was better than pictured!!!! There are so many restaurants within walking distance. No need for a car :) Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Summary: The home had a great back yard area and a great view of the boats on the intercostal. It was clean and comfortable. We slept 6 adults comfortably and great location with stores nearby. I hope to be back.

Summary: Fabulous stay at a wonderful property. Everything was exactly as represented in the listing. The house was beautifully appointed and the backyard was incredible. The location of the house was great with Publix grocery store close by as well as many shops and restaurants. Steve was a terrific host and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
