NINE at Berowra Waters is a waterfront property surrounded by eucalyptus bush, ancient sandstone cliffs with aboriginal rock carvings amongst the local fauna and flora. A peaceful natural paradise only 50 minutes from Sydney CBD.
A perfect house for short stays with families or groups of friends to relax, fish, hike, swim, kayak and connect with the natural environment around you. Your stay at NINE, Berowra Waters will be one to remember!
The property has four queen sized beds, two with en suite, two with water views. All beds come with high quality 1000 TC cotton bedding, heated blankets and feather mattress toppers to ensure a restful nights sleep.
A very well equipped kitchen makes a self catering holiday easy, you can just sit back and relax on the deck while the food sizzles on the BBQ.
An outdoor hot tub / spa and entertaining space puts the finishing touch onto your stay at NINE. In the evening, look up at the immense sky and see the milky way whilst relaxing in the hot tub, a perfect way to end the evening.
If you prefer to stay indoors, there are 2 flatscreen TVs, both with Netflix and Foxtel so you can enjoy an evening of entertainment whist relaxing on the couch.

Summary: NINE was a wonderful weekend away for our family. Despite being in the winter, the home is warm, and full of charm. We immensely enjoyed the SUPs, tinny, hot tub and wonderful recommendations of host, Elly. Summary: This break was a great opportunity to unwind and relax as a family. We spent most of our time on the top deck admiring the view. Our teenagers enjoyed fishing, kayaking and the enormous milkshakes from water vista cafe. We hired a bbq boat from the marina during our stay and cruised up river, I would recommend doing that if you have more than 4 people staying. The spa was a great way to end each day!

Summary: The house is beautifully located on the river with an amazing view. The house is very nicely renovated with a spacious kitchen and an amazing deck... Downstairs is a perfect teenage retreat and as we had 4 kids (aged 10, 12, 14 & 17) all of them had a wonderful time. Having use of the fishing and water toys was great, although we found a hole in one of the kayaks. Overall, it's a perfect weekend getaway for a medium to large sized family. Elizabeth was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Summary: Elly is a wonderful host. The house was immaculate upon arrival and everything is in place for your stay. It’s exactly as you see it in the photos. It’s a big spacious house and the views are gorgeous. The boat service provided by Col is timed to perfection. All I would say is a weekend here is not enough here!

Summary: Location, Location, Location! Nine at Berowra Waters is a literal GET AWAY being accessible only by boat and absolute water frontage, you feel yourself slipping away from your everyday life from the moment you are greeted at the pontoon to be transported across the river. The accommodation itself is spacious with two living areas both extended with large comfortably furnished balconies boasting stunning unobstructed water views. There are four bedrooms, two with ensuites plus an additional bathroom. The heated outdoor spa, the wood burning fire, the sunny balconies along with the use of a small motorboat and fishing gear make this property an excellent choice for a winter escape. We found Nine at Berowra Waters to be immaculately clean, and thoughtfully appointed. The decor is eclectic but comfortable and all of our guests enjoyed peaceful nights sleeping. Elly is a courteous, considerate and communicative host genuinely invested in ensuring your time at this charming property exceeds your expectations. Thank you Elly!

Summary: Everything worked like a dream from our initial booking to information on arrival and being greeted by the delightful Col. And assistance to check out at the end of our stay. As soon as we arrived, we started relaxing in this truly beautiful location. The scenery is spectacular. We were lucky to have an extended stay (7 days) which we filled with fishing from the pontoon very successfully, kayaking and visiting nearby locations, games, reading, yoga and meditation. We were supplied with a boat which was easy to operate and Col was wonderful to send us helpful bits of information throughout about weather and tips. Thank you so much Elly for sharing your lovely home with us, we will definitely be back.

Summary: Gorgeous big house on the beautiful Hawkesbury river. Communication with Elly was great and collection from the wharf was all as planned so the weekend was lovely. The house is really well stocked whether its access to kayaks or kitchen equipment. My only criticism is that it doesn't seem the cleaners have not been doing their job - I wont go into details here - instead take up with the owner directly so she is aware and can address.
