Welcome to THE SANCTUARY IN COCOA BEACH where you will be right on the canal with a heated pool and hot tub in this newly remodeled 3B/3B upscale home that sleeps 10. This bright, airy retreat offers an open concept, fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, brand new appliances, and everything you need to make family meals. You'll find something for everyone here from kayaking, swimming, surfing, shopping, sunbathing, and more! Make those family memories!

Start your morning with coffee or a yoga session on the dock, spend
the day playing in the sun and on the water, and wind down in the
evening in the hot tub as the sun sets.
While staying at The Sanctuary you'll have full, private access to an
amazing outdoor area with heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, dining
table, lounge chairs, pool toys, dock and kayaks/paddleboards. Perfect
for those who love nature and being on the water. The pool area is
surrounded by lush landscaping and fruit trees (dragon fruit, avocado,
fig, loquat). You also might see a variety of Florida wildlife
including herons, pelicans and dolphins.
This bright, airy retreat offers an open concept, fully equipped
kitchen featuring granite countertops, brand new appliances, and
everything you need to make family meals. Plenty of seating with
counter stools and a large dining area. Dual living spaces on either
side of the kitchen offer places to relax, watch tv, play games and
enjoy each other’s company or get some work done in the dedicated
workspace. Both living areas offer a comfortable fold out queen
sleeper. All overlooking the water! Down the hallway you’ll find two
guest bedrooms with two full bathrooms (one off the pool area) and a
primary King suite with an en suite full bathroom. Living area and
each bedroom has a Fire TV. Spacious bathrooms are all brand new. The
entire home has been remodeled and thoughtfully decorated for a modern
yet comfortable feel.
While staying at The Sanctuary, you’ll enjoy the following amenities:

overlooking the canal, outdoor shower, bikes, kayaks and paddleboards,
river access, ping pong and foosball table in the garage, AC, Washer

Summary: House is a bit tired and the cleanliness was not great. Pros: Pool, hot tub and dock area were great. We enjoyed all these amenities every day/evening and watching manatees and dolphins. Having SUP's and kayaks was awesome and we enjoyed them daily. The kitchen was large and the house was spacious. The location was OK and the neighborhood quiet. Beach toys, ice chest, bikes...great amenities to have. Proximity to Kennedy Space Center was great and short bike ride to beach...although you must cross a busy street to get there. Cons: Disorganized kitchen, cleaning crew clearly does not take time to put things back in the same spot. Coffee provided was an empty container. Not one dishcloth or sponge, we had to use washcloths from the bathroom for the kitchen. Cleanliness was 3.5-4 stars depending on what room we were in. Rugs were very worn in bathrooms which made it feel less than clean. Toilet paper was as close to transparent as one can get. Purchased our own to use during trip.There was no remote in one bedroom for a fan, so they had a large, loud box fan. No fan blades at all in another bedroom... stand-up fan in that room was provided. Lights on the outside patio/pool area were so dim and the hanging rope lights did not work at all. This house has so much potential, but it felt like there was minimal effort and investment made to ensure it was a 5 star property.

Summary: Things we liked: the house and location were great and we enjoyed all the amenities - the pool, the hot tub, the kayaks, fishing, the paddle-boards, the bikes, the ping pong table and foosball. There were a lot of options for my teen and young adult children. It’s close to the pier, the beach, restaurants and Publix. We could even walk to a lot of places or just a quick drive. The host responded quickly to me and the neighborhood was quiet. The host also has provided everything you would need in terms of shampoo/conditioner, beach towels, pots & pans, silverware, washer/dryer, etc. Things we didn’t like: unfortunately we found a dirty diaper under one of the beds when we got there and other pieces of trash in a few random spots. We also didn’t always have hot water for our showers, even when it was the first shower of the day.

Summary: The house had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We took the kayaks out at sunset and it was beautiful. Loved fishing on the dock. We rode the bikes to the beach. There was a lot to do in the area but we had everything we needed right at the house

Summary: We have stayed in many rentals and this one is a new favorite! We enjoyed all of the outdoor “activities” from fishing to kayak/paddle board, hot tub and pool! We also made good use of the foosball and ping tables in the garage and the bikes came in handy also! We loved how so many things were close by and people in the neighborhood were very nice! If we return to Cocoa Beach, we will definitely stay here again 😀

Summary: We just loved this house & would absolutely stay again & bring our other adult kids! Very clean & spacious.. Super easy check in & out.. we had the best time in the pool & saw a rocket launch from the hot tub!! Had a bbq one night.. had plenty of propane.. well stocked house. (Bath & beach towels, hairdryer, shampoo conditioner & body wash, all supplies needed to cook & serve meals) It was just a fantastic home and we highly recommend this house to anyone!! The location is so close to everything!! Thank you for providing a perfect private environment for us to meet our son & his wife who live close by. It was unforgettable 😊
