Positive: The house is adorable and right on the water with great views of the water from most of the house. The owner was very sweet and a wonderful host.
Negative: Not a lot of privacy outside from houses next door as houses are very close together with no trees etc. We were there over the 4th of July so most of the neighboring houses were also occupied.
