Right at the waterfront Quai Lunel in the gorgeous quarter of the Old Port, on the foot of famous Chateau Hill. It’s a lazy 5 minute stroll along the promenade to Castel Beach, the Old Town. The apartment is in a historic 18th Century Niçoise Building without lift on either the 2nd floor of the Castle Hill entrance, or on the 4th floor from the waterside entrance. There is no elevator, you will have to walk up the wide staircase.
