Gate fees are $15/adult per day and $5/child per day. Welcome to “Buffalo Paradise” located at the constant level Buffalo Springs Lake outside of Lubbock, TX. El Buffalo is a 2-story, 4 bedroom / 2.5 bath home and includes two large Patios with great views of the lake. Start your day off with coffee and view of the lake from the Master Bedroom. Then prepare a delicious breakfast for the family in our fully stocked kitchen. Then the fun begins! Play all day in the Lake! Texas Twister is only a 2 minute drive from the house and offers great food, drinks, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, and much more! There are several beach areas to take the kiddos and even a 9 hole par 3 golf course! For those ATV lovers, there are incredible trails at the top of the bluffs! After the day is over, you can simply start the grill, enjoy a fresh drink, and enjoy the gorgeous sunset over the lake!
Small Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis. Pre-approval required.
We promote a family friendly atmosphere and respect our neighbors; therefore, we ask that there be no loud parties and that any outside music is off by 10pm. Lake rules must be followed. Please, no extra guests without our consent. The individual booking must be in attendance. Outside Security Cameras and Ring Doorbell Cameras used for security purposes only. Summary: Already missing this great property, which was perfect for a sisters reunion! The exceptional host, Sergio, and the property are as great as expected from the descriptions and reviews posted. We spent the week walking and carting around the lake. We had lunch at the marina and it was an easy run into Lubbock & Slaton when the marina was closed. We were able to prepare meals in the kitchen while still viewing the lake through the well-placed windows. Even though there are great tv viewing areas, we found we were occupied playing games, crafting, and bird watching through the many windows and off the deck. Whether you are looking for lake activities, spending time with family, or for personal renewal, this lakeside home is wonderful for making those memories!

Summary: The house is just absolutely gorgeous. The location is perfect. We went fishing and swimming all day. Sergio was great, very quick to respond to texts and all questions. Enjoyed our trip so much.

Summary: This property was absolutely beautiful. Perfect location right on the lake. Short drive to town to restaurants and bars and an inexpensive Uber back! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. 10/10 would recommend and will stay here again on our next trip to Lubbock.

Summary: This place was even more of what we could of imagine not only because of the short drive of 1.5 hrs from home but the house it self! I have seen listing and it’s not always what it is portrayed especially with filter photos, but this place was exact! The accommodation Sergio’s home has is it all you need for a family lake vacation. It is set in prime location, large parking area, open floor plan with plenty of room and beds, all amenities needed, great fishing location, and comfortable beds! The house stayed cool the entire time, even in the middle of the day with 109 degree weather. This place is by far one of the best! If your family needs a getaway or a staycation this is it!
