This cozy private place with 140 feet shoreline will be your home away from home with all the essentials for you and your family. Just over an hour drive from Toronto.
Please relax from the moment of arrival. Our home is an oasis of peace and quiet offering a private escape from daily life. It’s fully equipped with a full lakeview kitchen & dinning room. There is Wi-Fi in the house for those who may need to work from home.
And some of the best sunrises/sunsets around.

We also have several watercrafts for seasonal use:

2 safety kits & 5 life jackets (3 adult size & 2 kid size).

Guests will self-check-in to the house, and will have access to the Main House only... All other outbuildings (Sheds, boat, workshops, etc) are for Owners Storage only.
*You are required to leave the cottage the same way it was upon arrival.

Please be aware:
We have weekly maintenance services scheduled for the cottage as the following:
>> Lawn Cutting
>> In Ground Pool Maintenance (once a week during early morning / late afternoons/evenings but will inform before gets started).
After servicing, it will take approximate 4-5 hours for chemicals to balance before it can be used again.
There will be one person coming for each service above (once a weeks) , we we may not be able to confirm a specific day due to the weather but we will do our best to inform you ahead.
Please don't be surprised to see someone on site.

Summary: We had a lot of fun here this weekend. This is a great place to be. With a million dollar view. We are so happy. Completely relaxed and refreshed. The property has boats, paddle boats, life jackets. The game room is a highlight too.Our dog had a good run around the lawn. The host is super attentive to detail around the house. The house was super clean and equipped with all the things you would need.The area around the house is picturesque and worth it too. Waking up to beautiful sunrises every day was absolutely wonderful.

Summary: Our group of close friends, along with our kids, had an absolutely fantastic weekend getaway at this waterfront bungalow! From the moment you walk in the door, the incredible view takes your breath away. You can see the stunning scenery throughout the entire house, making it a perfect backdrop for our stay. The spacious rooms and well-thought-out layout were ideal for our group, especially with three napping babies. We never felt cramped, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. One of the highlights of our trip was watching the soccer finals game in the basement on the large big screen TV. It was a great space for the sports enthusiasts in our group, while others took advantage of the pool to lounge and soak up the sun. The mornings were magical, with beautiful sunrises that we enjoyed from the front porch while sipping our coffee. It was the perfect way to start the day and set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. Additionally, one of our friends accidentally left behind a valuable possession. Heather and Michael were quick to find it and promptly responded to put us at ease. They even offered to meet up to return the item safely. We are forever grateful for their hospitality and honesty. We would highly recommend their waterfront bungalow to friends and family. This place exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to come back!

Summary: Some of the following issues we or the owners fixed. NO comfortable lounge area, bathrm bulbs missing; pool dirty; only one TV, very poor cleaning. No or not enough wine glasses/ knives/ steak knives/ bread knife/cheese grater. Coffee grinder broken, scissors blunt; inadequate power outlets espec kitchen & master bedroom. Broken lounger; bathroom dispensers clogged. Empty propane tank, missing balcony glass, swing seat frame but no seat, faulty screen door, steep steps, one really uncomfortable bed, bathrm door scrapes noisily, empty propane tank, no fuel gauge etc. Balcony overhead light full of bugs, Complex a/c system which owners offer to adjust remotely! No notes or brochures re local activities. Even the 30c kitchen pen has a tag saying property of owners! But no paper to write on! Nearly all these issues should not be expected if a property is owned with pride and managed with care. Young owners very helpful but most problems should have been seen and dealt with way back. Annoying and embarrassing to keep complaining. Gives the impression of an investment property hoping for a cash cow. For this we paid over $8000 for the week. Worth it with all the above fixed. But without? Much, much less.

Summary: 8 besties (60 +) decided to do a little getaway not too far from Toronto ….and this cottage checked every box! It was a pleasure dealing with Heather who oversees everything. The cottage was spacious, so clean and the setting was incredible. We kayaked, canoed and swam in the pool …..all part of the cottage. We loved our 2 night stay and are counting sleeps to do it again next year!

Summary: Location is perfect-Close to GTA, with great view & direct access to lake. House is not that big, bedrooms are spacious but the Living Room is in moderate size. Kitchen is well equipped. Suggestions for improvement: More sofa in Living Room, more big mugs for coffee, tighten screws at all beds periodically, and use more firm mattress in some bedrooms for seniors.

Summary: My family and I had a great time at this cottage. The view is absolutely stunning!!There were lots to do such as swimming, canoeing and just relaxing around the fire pit. Heather was quick to respond to any questions and supplied us with everything we needed.

Summary: Our large family had an amazing time at Heather's cottage. The cottage was very spacious and allowed our large group to relax and enjoy our time together comfortably. The thoughtful accommodations, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy bedrooms, ensured that all our needs were met. We loved the breathtakingly beautiful pool area, that offered a stunning view of the lake. The sunrise is a must-see! we highly recommend a stay here! Thank you Heather for having us!

Summary: My family and I (7 adults plus dog) had a wonderful time. We fished, swam/played in the pool, relaxed in the MANY sitting areas, enjoyed the fire pit, watched Netflix in the evenings. Seriously, LOTS to do! The view of the lake was gorgeous; whether looking from anywhere outside or when in the kitchen. This was the nature escape that we were looking for! Thank you to our host for being so responsive to all our questions!

Summary: My family and I (a group of 10 of all ages) had such a wonderful stay at this property. Right on the water with a pool as well! The house is well maintained and spacious.
