Summary: The house is in good shape and has everything needed. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings enjoying nature.We loved the availability of the kayaks. They were in good shape. We met someone from the housing association who was very kind and gave permission to park the truck near where we could put in the kayaks.The decor is nice with plenty of bedding and pillows. Our only complaint was the mattresses on the queen sized beds. If you like a very firm bed, they're probably fine. We ended up using the mattresses on the bunks which were more comfortable for us.Thanks for a great vacation.

Summary: We had 3 individual families stay here together as a family vacation, and it was amazing. The space, the ability to have the ENTIRE home to do everything you can at your own home, the entire vibe at this spot is amazing. We loved meeting the neighbors as well as everything the condo on the sound had to offer. The spot is about 20 minutes to Navarre beach in normal everyday traffic, and roughly the same distance to Okaloosa island (which is better in my opinion). We grew up here and try to come back and visit family every year and we’ll be booking it again for next year. It was amazing.
