Summary: My fault I suppose not to reading the fine print until it was too late as my friends arrived and looked for sheets and towels. I was not aware they weren't provided. Maybe it could be pointed out prior to arrival so numpties like me wont be embarrassed like me as the one who arranged the house but, we survived (thanks to the IGA selling towels). Summary: We stayed at this property 12 months ago and rated it 10 out of 10. But this trip the bedding was soiled, the fridge uncleaned and the floor in need of a better mopping. The key to the back door was not available - it was stuck in the broken key safe. Last year it was terrific value for money but this time the service charges were really high and the cost was $250+ per night. The road in front of the house was really noisy. So for me the stay was disappointing.

Summary: We had good friends with us, we all were over 80 so could not use the top bunk. Water was dripping from the lower taps in the upstairs bathroom on our arrival and it was difficult to stop. We could have used a larger pot to cook crabs. A top position we enjoyed ourselves.

Summary: A lovely house, light and airy with a beautiful outlook. A couple of suggestions: it would be more convenient and definitely more comfortable to have twin beds rather than a double bunk. Twin beds would fit easily into that smaller bedroom. Also, the provision of some dishwashing tablets and bin bags would be helpful. Otherwise a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Thank you!
