The house is bright and airy, with an open floor plan and fully equipped kitchen. Decks surround the home to capture views and enjoy outdoor living, and the primrose path will lead you to a great spot to sit and watch the boats go by. The sunsets over the water are incredible and the night lights of the Connecticut and Rhode Island coastline can be seen for miles. Walk to Graces Cove Beach for fishing, snorkeling, and bonfires. Summary: The pictures simply do not do this home justice! There are breathtaking views out of every single window (ocean and hilly farmlands). The house itself is beautiful post and beam construction, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I simply did not want to leave and hope to be returning in future summers. Note that the house is not near town, so you must bring a car (preferably an SUV).

Summary: This home has it all—location, privacy, comfort. Tucked away atop a bluff on the quiet west side of BI, it offers spectacular sunset views from one side, bucolic countryside and farm views from the other. The kitchen is well equipped, the living areas have a great flow. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The owners were responsive and helpful. This really was an amazing stay, hard to imagine better on BI.

Summary: We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and very private with a great view of the ocean. It is walkable to a scenic but rocky beach. Everything we needed was provided in the house and the hosts were approachable and very helpful. The road and driveway into the house are challenging - which was explicitly told to us - and our minivan handled it fine. The location on the island is a bit remote and further from town. We loved going into town or the beach and returning to the serenity and privacy.

Summary: This is a beautiful home perfectly situated on a bluff overlooking the Block Island Sound. The gorgeous views from every window are panoramic, stunning post and beam home with updated comfy furnishings, comfortable full and queen beds. The property has look out points with seating for intimate reflective time, is totally private and quiet except for the breezes (it's name is "Blowin' Through" and that is true! There was plenty of room for our group of five adults. Beach chairs and umbrellas and boogie boards were waiting for us as well as all the comforts of home. I hope that my family and I can return again next year. If you love nature - we saw grey seals, horses at the farm across the pond, and lots of birds, in addition to a clear and bright view of the night sky stars - then this is the place for you!

Summary: This home made our BI stay extra special. Everything you could ever need was right there. This home is immaculate, inviting and beautiful. We saw the sparkling sun rise in the morning from one of the decks, and the sunset in the evening from the other deck--we were surrounded by spectacular views every day, all day. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We hope to visit again very soon.

Summary: Overall this property is amazing and everyone loved the views, great breeze the entire week, super clean and everything was at the house we needed. Couple of suggestions/shout outs - the driveway is tough up to the house and so if renting a car, need higher suspension. Great location to visit marinas like Champlin’s, Payne’s & the Oar but no walking to town. Loved the deck - wished the house had nice rocking chairs to enjoy. Overall - highly recommend!!
