Positive: It’s the third time we stay at Waters Edge and we just love it. Very clean and tidy. The beach is accessible via the backyard which is why we love it so much.

Positive: Location, clean and comfortable
Negative: Some things could be put into the kitchen. We bought measuring cups and a whisk so we could bake and there’s no tv remote. Could also do with a bit more dish detergent and bin bags but these are all minor things. TV remote also missing

Positive: Location & comfortable beds, the house was spacious, environment quiet.
Negative: The house needs maintenance & attention to items available - eg: a washing but nowhere to dry clothes, knobs missing off drawers, , drawer missing, others not able to be opened, lseveral light globes not working, no broom available, 67 drinking glasses but no food chopping/preparation boards, old cobwebs need removing +++

Positive: The location next to the beach is what prompted us to book this property - it met expectations. Our beds were comfortable, sheets were clean and so too the bathrooms.
Negative: The property was not well-enough maintained. The front flyscreen security door could not be locked and the fly wire was in poor condition. The front entry door was suffering from rot and sounded like it when closed. Fly screens were in poor condition and sliding windows needed maintenance. The oven needed a deep clean and stank badly when used. The old television set's remote control did not have a battery cover and we were unable to get it to work - even after changing the batteries. We were disappointed at the 'hands-off' approach to managing our booking - we saw no-one and spoke with no-one.
Summary: This property has a lot to offer but is in need of essential maintenance.
