Positive: Incredible stay at waterside canals. 5 minute drive into Mandurah. We were 4 adults and 2 babies and were well spread out. There is a playground walking distance from the accomodation, however was closed off at the time we were there due to an upgrade. The house is well equipped with everything you need including a good coffee machine and lots of pods, lots of kitchen utensils, kayaks and the highlight of our trip the crab pots. We had a great time pulling the crab pots up which almost had crabs in them every time. Additionally if you are with children there are a lot of plastic plates and cups also a Nintendo Wii and lots of board games. Great value for money. Especially over the crab festival weekend. We have left very pleased with our stay.

Negative: There are 2 kayaks and we could only find 1 paddle but on our last day we could see another paddle at the bottom of the water next to the house!

Positive: Amazing view of the canals! Kids loved going on the kayak and enjoy the water. House had everything we needed from kitchen facilities, good coffee, filtered water , bbq , crab net and very clean property.

Negative: Aircon is only in the lounge area, the rest had fans which is ok but can be quite hot on a hot summer day.

Summary: Overall amazing house and worth the money!
