Positive: Loved the location. Walking distance to foreshore. Right on the water so easy access for the kayaks or paddle boards. We took our paddle boards but ended up using their kayaks for something different. We paddled down the canals and into the estuary before exploring more canals. Bed was so comfortable. Shower was amazing and great pressure. Super clean. Loved using the sun room with views of the water to sit and have some drinks and play games when it was windy. So much space for everything and a lot bigger than I thought. I loved all the little extra items what were available in case you forgot your own items. Bath was a great feature for couples as it was huge. Your own private court yard or you can sit by the canal. Barb and Dave were amazing, super friendly and so helpful with information for places to see and eat at, and always happy to have a little chat. Just made it feel so homely. We loved our stay, thanks Barb and Dave. (Hope the sour dough works out for you).
Negative: Nothing that we didn’t like, maybe just a suggestion for future guests. The water jug in the fridge was great, but perhaps a little filter jug. We weren’t a massive fan of the taste of the water, but that’s also because we are so used to filtered water. 😊
Summary: Perfect for a relaxing water getaway or a romantic couples stay. Loved it and would definitely book again ❤️

Positive: Very beautiful property, host (Barb) was kind and friendly, location was close to sights and amenities. Walk along Soldier's Cove in the morning for chance to see dolphins!

Positive: Nice, relaxing location on the canals. I could have sat all day in the sun-room about the back overlooking. The private apartment is well setup and the host was very friendly and helpful. It's only a short drive to so many of Mandurah's attractions.
