Uninterrupted ocean views from this 5 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 storey residence overlooking the sparkling Indian ocean with 180 degree views from Halls Head to Safety Bay. There is only a cycleway between you and the beach so you can walk from the house onto the beach in 1 minute.
The property is very spacious with 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, dining, TV area and a large games room featuring table tennis, pool and darts. You can sit outside on the lawn watching the sunset in front of the fire or move upstairs to the balcony. The upstairs area also has a separate lounge area with TV for the kids. Foxtel and netflix included.
There is car parking for 4 or 5 cars and the grounds are fully reticulated. The laundry has a full size washing machine, a dryer and ironing facilities. Linen and towels not provided.

Summary: What a fantastic property! Right on the beach, plenty to do and great communication with owner and property manager. The smallest of inconveniences was having no shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom causing the floor and mats to be saturated. Overall though we all had a great time, there were 10 of us for the weekend. Everyone commented on the comfy beds and plenty of games and activities available. No-one got bored for a second. We'll be back for sure!!

Summary: Excellent house for 4 couples - extra bedroom with single beds we didn't use. Great for our Labrador too - plenty of room outside for him. Well appointed with gorgeous views and short walk to beach. Older home - main bathroom and kitchen a little tired but adequate. Great communication with Bernie - would definitely stay again!

Summary: Absolutely dream location where you can lay in bed and look at the ocean while listening to the waves crash on the beach. House is well fit out with access to ample cooking appliances if you are a bit of a foody and a games room with heaps of activities for the kids. Berni made us feel extremely welcome on handover of the keys. Would 100% stay again.
