Summary: Beautiful location, will definitely stay again but would like to see a little more effort in the restaurant menu for vegan and vegetarian options.

Summary: We stay for one night ,everything ok Only fan was not strong enough Bed were comfotable but bit small We enjoy breakfast and 2 hours free access to pool ,saunas ,jacuzzi .

Summary: The reception staff member was very good and friendly. We were pleased to have accommodation on the island. Very unhappy that guests had to pay for the leisure facilities outside of a 2 hour window of 7am - 9am. Especially as our plan was to relax in the jacuzzi between check in and dinner. I was not prepared to pay £30 for this, despite a long drive to the hotel. The room we had had good views. No hand soap was supplied. It was in need of painting. The food at the on-site restaurant was quite good and the pricing of the food was just above pub restaurant prices, although the wine was overpriced and the drinks choice was fairly limited. Clearly the serving staff need more training as one didn't know what they were serving. The lamb was described as "some kind of steak" when it was brought to the table. The following day, we were out all day and returned around 9pm, to find that the room had not been cleaned, towels changed or courtesy tray replenished. We had to cross back off of the island to tell the reception that we lacked certain items and report the issue and were told that they had a note to say housekeeping wasn't done because they were short staffed. Given that we were out all day until late, the hotel had plenty of opportunity for the staff who were available to carry out the tasks. Apart from "sorry" there was no other recognition that we were inconvenienced. Overall. Nice place, nice people but further investment in training and decorating required.

Summary: We struggled to find a hotel near YSP. This place could really do with a major upgrade. The grounds are lovely. Staff were friendly but the place is in dire need of improvement. A bit stuck in a time warp. Needs new everything!

Summary: Excellent rooms. The only downside was the spa facilities was not included in the price except between 7am to 9am it was an extra £20 to £30 per a person at all other time which i thought let down the hotel. I would of not booked it if i knew there was an extra cost.

Summary: The location was stunning and very picturesque. The spa and swimming pool view was fabulous. The hot tub location and view was amazing. Breakfast was very simple and traditional but quality was good. The massage quality and type of massage ( deep tissue) disappointed us as I usually get an hour very professional Thai massage by half price!!!
