Summary: Our stay was great and room was clean, quaint,and for the most part quiet. very close to the beach The waves were awesome ,hurricane Erin down south had something to do with this!! I would recommend this to other family members. If we go back to OOB we would stay there again.

Summary: To be honest the reviews on google scared me a lot. However it turned to be good. Close to the beach and the restaurants. The room was good enough, we just came to sleep for the night. I feel the rooms could get an update.

Summary: I will say the location was great, right in the beach as expected but it all stops there. This place is old and needs repairs, paint and to be updated. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean but cramped and the toilet was built for toddler. The pool was one the reasons I booked this hotel but it was a total disappointment. The pool was not heated, dirty and the had a shop vac filtering the water by the lame fountains. In all this hotel is not worth the money I paid and I would not go back.

Summary: Staff at desk not very friendly or helpful. Room was not clean. The whole place seems rundown and in need of a renovation. Many other better, cleaner and friendlier places to stay in Old Orchard.
