Positive: The house is fantastic - immediately welcoming and kitted out with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is so well stocked! The location in a quiet neighbourhood is just lovely and perfect if you have a car - just a few minutes to supermarkets, etc. We had a small issue at the beginning and contacted the staff and they responded immediately, which was great. The hearing was great - there’s central heating and gas heaters in a couple of rooms. So we turned each on and off as it suited us. I’m not sure if the house has been improved since the last negative review, but that suggests to me they are highly responsive to customers’ needs and suggestions. Thanks for a lovely stay!
Negative: Nothing. As they mention in the description, there’s stairs to the bedrooms, so this is something for anyone with mobility issues to keep in mind.

Positive: Home was spacious and can accommodate many guests well.
Negative: It was impossible to balance the temperature in the home. Some spaces were freezing and some were hot. Our bedrooms would heat up 3-4 degrees with the heater running. During the night that meant swinging between too cold and too hot. There was food on the floor for our toddler to discover. There was no coffee and only four paper towels. The problem was eventually remedied but not before we gave in and got our own. The knives are dull. The jacuzzi tub pumped out mildew chunks. The property was misrepresented to not have a crib. We had planned to stay as a larger group and save $$$. We were told no crib so we booked two houses.
