Positive: We could call Heike and/or Tobias, they were extremely responsive and accomodated our earlier arrival immidiately. We could check in already at noon, which made our stay in Bernkastel-Kues longer and less troublesome. The appartement offered a great view on Bernkastel and the burg Landhut in the hills. It is located at walking distance from Bernkastel centre. Heike and Tobias run a winery as well. Their own wines are always available in the building. Upon request they organized a great tasting session. This was super fun and the wines were very nice as well. Great experience!
