Summary: Dixie at the check in desk was terribly rude. Everyone else was wonderful including Donna and the supervisor that I requested. A room was found for me immediately. The first thing out of Dixie’s mouth was what do you expect me to do?

Summary: Reservation was for Mountain View king size bed and our room was on the 2 nd floor with trees in the way of any mountains and room had 2 queens not a king.

Summary: Excellent stay, from the moment we checked in till we checked out 3 days later. Staff was friendly. The Casino was nice clean and paid!! All meals were great. The room was clean, had everything we needed, and the bed was so comfortable. The pool was fun, clean, and the staff amazing. We will be back!!
