Summary: Cute basement apartment perfect for two. Owners thought of everything that might be needed, making the stay effortless for us. Quiet neighborhood convenient to I-495 and the metro with easy street parking. A bit of footstep noise from upstairs but not unexpected in an older home with wooden floors. Owner was very responsive regarding questions; labels and instruction notebook were a bonus. Would definitely stay again when we return to the area!
