Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed over 5 weeks. The one bedroom condo is spacious enough with plenty of beds. The kitchen is small, but workable. When hanging out at the pool, keep in mind the long time owners are not friendly and stick to their own group. Each day at 4pm, they assemble all the chairs around the 2 round tables and have a talk fest. They won’t even look or talk to you if you are not in their group. It is a safe environment due to being mostly residential and off the beaten path. A sheriff left a notice in my car that it wasn’t locked, so they patrol and check. Overall, it is a nice environment to enjoy FL without all the congestion and overpopulation.

Summary: The facility and location is great and comfortable. We liked our 6 week very much and would have liked to have a larger bed than the 3/4 size we had. The following comments are keyed to Unit B23 specifically. Trying to manage a business in Ohio was difficult due to very poor internet connection through the common WiFi. Although the condo owner is paying for spectrum services as part of their HOA fees, they chose NOT to have it connected, thus the television and internet availability were very poor. If we knew this, we may have found a different place.
