Classic Old Florida Fishing shack. Direct view to coastal Florida. Canal leads to either Gulf or Suwannee river. Freshly renovated 1 bedroom (queen) with full bath. Daybed sleeps 1-2 as well. Golf cart friendly community. This is stilt home and there are approximately 15 steps to entrance. Bar/restaurant less than 1/2 mile. Great for fishing weekend or base for seeing the many springs in the area. If you're looking for old coastal Florida, you've found it!

Summary: This property was accurately described in the listing. We very much enjoyed the deck and the view of the intercoastal marsh and the amazing sunsets. The lower deck was very usueful on chilly evenings. The property is located in a rural area of Florida, so it was a relief to experience trees and fields instead of concrete. The host was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the little house on the marsh. The view is beautiful, especially for the price range. The house is older and spacious enough for a small family. If you’re into boating or kayaking, it’s hard to beat such a great setup. I think a couple of minor and inexpensive fixes could make this property even better. Nearly all of the plastic plates/bowls are cracked, so suggest replacing those or just having guests bring paper goods. Also, as nice as the view is, several windows are coated with old paint. The view would be more enjoyable if the windows were scraped and cleaned up a bit. Regardless, I’d still highly recommend the property to visitors for the rental price.

Summary: This property is so much more than I expected it to be. It's an adorable little house with everything you could need as a base to explore the area. The deck is wonderful and the area under the house really nice for cookouts, etc. Zero complaints. Loved it. Thank you.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. We went on the boat everyday and the convenience of being able to step off the boat onto the dock made for a stress free vacation. The area underneath the house had a nice hang out spot for cooking our catch of the day and enjoying it with friends. Overall we really enjoyed this property and would definitely stay again in the near future.
