Summary: Great place to stay, had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The stairs were a challenge for folks in their 80’s. But we pushed on and had a great week. Five Stars all day!

Summary: This was a great property. Lovely clean house, great spot on the water with kayaks! The one queen bed was soft, but there was no other place to sleep besides a couch that didn't pull out or a really small futon. If you and the person you are going with are cool to share a bed then this place is perfect.

Summary: The Nest is a perfect place for some rest and relaxation! Conveniently located to everything you may need but just off the beaten path enough to feel like you’re isolated. If you’re looking to do some Crystal River activities you’re only 25 mins away. The host was super accommodating and the house itself was great! Very clean and had everything we needed! We kayaked and fished right from the yard. The enclosed sunroom was fabulous! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for letting us escape to your little spot in paradise.

Summary: From the moment that we drove up to the Nest we felt that we had made the right decision in staying here, from the kayaks to the dock area to the sitting area under the house it was all perfectly set up. The interior was clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The enclosed porch to relax in the Ac or the outside eating area upstairs gave us options for dinner daily. The host communicated promptly with any requests or questions. We will return to this vacation spot for sure. Overall, it was an amazing time to celebrate our 42nd anniversary. Blessings.

Summary: This is a quaint small house with lots of waterviews. Very large comfortable back sunroom with marsh and beach views. House is close enough to town and restaurants, and the local state parks and attractions.
