Summary: Room was stinking. Arrival and departure managed well. Room service needs huge improvement, extremely poor trained people. House keeping was poor too. People cannot speak language that travelers speak (English or Hindi), that was really hard for me as I could hardly communicate the issues.

Summary: Seems like a new place and I’m not sure if this is a 5 star hotel due to the following reasons 1. Service is very slow especially during the breakfast. 2. Food taste is very average for the price being a star rated hotel. Overall, this is a good/descent option for Guntur.

Summary: Negatives: From the time of arrival until departure, we never felt welcomed! Poor service in the restaurant, reception staff answers calls but you never get what you asked for.
