Summary: The property description and amenities were generally correct, however there were some issues that made the stay less than ideal. The unit is old , though updated, its age showed in paint, cracking and window coverings and condition of the bathroom (very compact). The overall furnishings were sparse and not overly comfortable. Kitchen table was small, elevated and barely enough room for plates and food. Chairs were high, wood and not very comfortable. Certainly would not work well for small kids. The immediate neighborhood is a bit sketchy but no problems in our stay. This aspect is not easily deduced from the listing. The unit itself is one of four in a connected structure, much like an older style single level four plex, or motel. A big issue for our stay was that it was very hot weather and the unit does not have central air but only one (not two as listed) window units. The one was in the master bedroom and did a marginal, noisy and drafty job keeping that room cool, but did nothing for the rest of unit. Very warm in evenings and to sleep. Summary of other issues noted: 1. Considerable Pink mold on the bottom of the bath tub curtain . Needs immediate replacement. 2. Tried TV late in the stay, and it did not work (no signal). Owner did try and call, but we were out of the unit for most of the day, so never connected. 3. Old, slippery scatter rug in kitchen needs to be replaced. 4. Also replace old, very soiled pot holder. 5. Rubber seal on clothes washer door moldy

Summary: This was a small but spacious rental perfect for a couple. Large spacious one room with stool small table, kitchen and living room. One bedroom and one extra room with day bed that we used as a study. Perfect for us as get a way after visited with relatives and family reunion, Allowed us to relax after a big day. We would rent again

Summary: The wife and I travel a ton and have stayed at numerous Airbnb’s. This one was amazing!! One of the cleanest places we’ve seen, incredibly easy to find and access. It’s in the heart of Gresham so there was an incredible list of things to do that were close by. We definitely plan to stay here again when we come back😊
