Comfortably furnished and very well maintained. The dining area with an extendable table connects to the new kitchen corner. The living corner is separated from this area by a room divider. From the sunny apartment and the balcony you can enjoy a view of the characteristic Moselle landscape. A side awning, which can also be opened, separates the balcony between apartment 1 and 2. From the bedroom with a large double bed you look directly into the vineyard. In autumn the grapes are close enough to touch.
You live in a separate guest house on our holiday winery in a beautiful south-facing position in the middle of the vineyards. From the balconies of the sunny apartments you can enjoy a unique view of the characteristic Moselle landscape. You will feel comfortable in the inviting, child-friendly ambience. The beds are made and towels are provided. Visit us and satisfy your longing for vacation at the "Weinquelle". If you don't want to cook, you can let yourself be pampered at the Landhotel Rosenberg. After consultation, you are welcome to bring your pet with you.
We offer Riesling, Rivaner, Weißburgunder and also Kerner wines. During a wine tasting you can convince yourself of the variety and the excellent quality of the wines and get information about the work of the winemaker and about the production of the wine. The Moselle is beautiful in every season: Experience how the vineyards begin to shine in fresh green in May. Watch the vines and notes grow and then the subtle scent of the grape blossom spreads over the slopes in June. Grape harvesting begins on the Moselle at the end of September. Everywhere the winegrowers in their vineyards are harvesting. After the grape harvest, peace and quiet returns to the Moselle. The colorful autumn leaves fall from the vines and the landscape appears new. The mostly mild climate now allows for long walks and invites you to relax. A hiking holiday on the Moselle is a relaxation in every season.
To Paris in 24 hours: Discover Paris in one weekend. During the summer months, the bus takes you to Paris via Metz and Verdun on Saturdays. An impressive city tour with a very good German tour guide takes you to many sights. For example: Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Panthéon, Place Pigalle and Moulin Rouge, Sacre Coeur and Montmatre, Notre Dame, Louvre, Place Concorde, Elyséepalast, Champs Elysée with triumphal arch, etc. From Montparnasse you have a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Paris. After dinner, you can take a boat trip on the Seine. Then you will be enchanted by a light ride through Paris at night. At around midnight you start your journey home and arrive here a little tired, but with a lot of new impressions around 7 a.m.

Summary: A very nice clean modern apartment well equipped and ideally based for exploring the Moselle. the owners live next door although we had no reason to call on them as everything was excellent.Some of the places we visited were very impressive,BURG ELTZ, NEUMAGEN and best of all TRIER only 20miles away on the Autobahn.We used their park and ride as parking in Trier is expensive for a full day.Wonderful atmospheric centre oozing history ,style,good shops and eating places one day not enough.If you travel by car leave some room in your car to buy the in house wine very good and a very reasonable price.Many thanks to our host for a warm welcome and a relaxing holiday.

Summary: We have stayed 3 nights there. The owner was very welcoming. She showed around the house, introduced to the recycling rules. We have booked two apartments. One for 6 people (on the 1st floor) and second for 2 people ( on the second floor). They are spacious apartments with the great view from the balconies. From the bedrooms your eyes are relaxing while looking at the vineyards!!! Fabulous. The owners have vinery, where they sell their home made wines and very young brandies. Worth to try. We would like to come there again. Thank you Luzia!!!

Summary: My wife and I stayed in the apartment, top-left in the picture. The welcome was warm and the apartment was very clean and spacious, with comfortable furnishings. The rear, bedroom, window looks directly onto the vineyard and the front, balcony, window looks over the street and some houses and over a valley (NOT the Moseltal). All three apartments are accessed by the set of steps shown bottom-right in the photograph, with the upper two accessed by an internal half-spiral. Consider this if, like us, you're travelling with a lot of luggage. The outside steps are very dark at night. The village of Osann-Monzel is very quiet, being set back some kilometers from the main Mosel valley, and has no night-life in the form of bars or restaurants. There is one small shop, with Berkastel-Kues being the closest supermarket.

Summary: Recently had a week in the wonderful mosel and stopping at the Marmann's winery was just perfect. Luzia was a diamond from the start and was able to converse with us in our native 'english' with relatve ease... The apartment was wonderful and had all we needed and more, including a welcoming drink... Would like to think that the flower boxes survived our week of caretaking !!! All the very best to the Marvellous Marmann's.

Summary: We have stayed here a number of times and have enjoyed it more each time. A spacious and well equipped apartment in a lovely setting right in the vineyards - and with a tasting room as well! Only ten minutes to the Moselle and 15 to Bernkastle. The owners are wonderful people and gracious hosts who we now consider our peraonal friends. We love it and recommend it highly to all who want a quiet getaway in a beautiful location.
