Positive: Everything from the beginning to the end. Amazing people working there to make sure you have the most amazing time. Single parents have the option of babysitting so they can actually enjoy themselves, child having great time with animators who are all amazing.

Negative: There’s nothing not to like! We love it there and we will be coming back every time we visit Czech Republic.

Summary: Awesome place. Amazing people. Great place to stay.

Positive: We were looking for a place for a slightly different vacation, and we got an excellent experience - both in the surrounding attractions and in the hotel.

Negative: It was cold, and the water in the shower wasn't hot enough... but it was probably a one-time problem, because the staff said it was a shame we hadn't updated them. Also, maybe it's worth making a separate area for couples, because there were a lot of children and at 8 am we heard children running in the hotel corridors.

Positive: Location super close to all attraction. Sauna facilities and gym of good quality. Food was really nice at a fair price. Hotel is really clean and staff always willing to help.

Negative: If you are not into small kids, we would recommend skipping this hotel. It attracts a lot of young families.

Positive: This is our second time in the hotel and we are thinking to keep it as a year tradition because we really love it there. Staff are very friendly, accommodation is excellent, the facilities have everything you can look for and to add an extra, if you travel with kids, they have a lot of entertainment for them.

Negative: I would not say as something I did not like but the food, even though it has good quality, is more for Czech/Central European taste.
