Summary: Beautiful house! Very, very clean and comfortable. Nice quiet location. Close to stores and food delivery. I've stayed in 3 other houses in the area this past year and truly loved this one! Not only is it a great house, it's close to my sister as I was there for my dad's funeral. Easy check in and check out. Can't wait to travel back down from NY and stay in the house again.. Food delivery options were great. I'd absolutely recommend this house and look forward to staying there the next time I'm in town.

Summary: I have taken a ton of pictures of the urine still on bathroom walls and dirt that hasn’t been wiped off of doors and walls. Clumps of black hair in nice white towels, eww! Not sure what housekeeper is doing just not cleaning. In the master bathroom you can see where the roof leaks and in one spot you can tell where the water is sitting. Investors need to invest or at least inform folks they really don’t care about this house!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this charming house located in a quiet neighborhood in a cul de sac.The house didn't disappoint because it was clean, modern, and had all the listed amenities. My family needed a house that was close to Raleigh and surrounding suburbs. An added bonus was it was pet friendly and my dog appreciated the fenced yard. Our host, Mrs James, was available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this home and would come here again.

Summary: Pros: neighborhood, walkability to downtown, ease of checkin/checkout Cons: the entire home smelled of detergent/air fresheners, mattresses were encased in a heavy-duty and loud plastic protectors, the home is in need of updating/refreshing as things are old and in disrepair (furniture, door latch, appliances, carpet, etc) Nothing was bad enough to report to the home manager during our stay (but I’d be happy to submit a list of items if the homeowner would like to reach out to me) —but we won’t be staying again when we return to Wendell.
