Summary: Three of us stayed here while we were deer hunting. Each person had their own room and each room had a very comfortable queen bed, which is hard to find these days not having a room with a double or a twin where someone gets stuck. The kitchen was great, huge fridge, every pot and utensils you would need for just about anything. Another huge plus was tons of very hot water and water pressure which is a big deal when you were cold and tired. I would totally stay here again.

Summary: The house was overall nice. Booking said check in time was 3pm but didn’t get to check in until 4pm. Cleanliness is what to expect from a pet friendly home, cigarette butts everywhere outside.

Summary: We stayed at Wendy's home recently and it was absolutely perfect. The home was comfortable and clean. Communication with Wendy was excellent. Alturas was experiencing a significant heat wave and the home was perfectly cooled when we arrived. My grandson's loved seeing the deer that relaxed in the shade of the backyard. We will definitely be staying again when we come to see family.

Summary: In town to visit friends and relatives. Location of property centrally located. Window AC unit keeps entire house cool. Modern appliances make it easy to store, use food. Nice new washer/dryer unit.

Summary: The property was better than I expected. The house had all the essentials needed for a trip away from home. The backyard was nice especially with the fire pit. Located close l to the town's couple stores. Check in/out process was easy and owner was there via the app to answer any questions. Each room had it's own heater which was nice. Bathroom even had a bluetooth speaker you would hook your phone up to.
