Positive: The size and finish of the cottage was amazing. The Crown Pub is a lovely venue with high grade, London quality food. There is a cute, coffee shop run by volunteers at the local church. It is open 10am - midday.
Negative: The village is cute and lovely, however beware of you do not want to drive as there are little amenities in the village. As I couldn't drive, this was difficult.

Negative: It needs care Basically clean but needs a deep clean Shower mat and plug dirty Furniture dusty Garden needed good weed Good supply of China bug lacked some basic ie furniture polish toilet cleaner Cupboards have some things that need binning ie moldy olives probably left from previous visit

Positive: Pilton is a lovely village and the nearby pub was very welcoming.
Negative: The property is close to the main through road from Glastonbury to Shepton Mallet so it was quite noisy at times

Positive: Lovely house with good facilities and comfy beds. Great for a group of friends. Handy essentials (tea, coffee etc) in kitchen. Good parking for 3 cars.
Negative: The aga is probably not to everyone's liking - needs adapting to for cooking times, also takes quite a while to heat up.

Positive: The quaint house was in a lovely location with many wonderful walks to explore. It was a stones through away from Glastonbury and only a short drive away should you wish to visit. The facilities in the house were fabulous. I think everything was covered. The house was spacious and plenty of room for our family to not get under each others feet. The heating warmed the house quickly but there was a log burning fire too if needed. The property had a large kitchen and loads of areas to prepare food plus a large aga to cook in/on. The garden had a nice sun trap for when the weather turns nice. We did get a little one day to notice this. There's plenty of off road parking too. The beds were extremely comfy. I am such a poor sleeper and actually managed to sleep all night on a few occasions.
Negative: There's not much to not like really except the noise from the road. It is in the lovely location but unfortunately the roads run at either side and can be noisy in the morning if you are a late riser. This didn't spoil our stay though and you do adjust to it pretty quickly.
Summary: Fabulous property, great location and facilities.

Positive: We all loved the location. The house is beautiful and spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hosts were extremely friendly & helpful, as were the locals. All in all, it's a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended
