Summary: House was great for 4 friends taking a weekend trip to Jim Thorpe. It had everything you’ll need for a stay and was clean and accurately advertised. The walk downtown was easy and convenient and the local grocery store was a close drive. The hosts have a wall of brochures for local business and activities and a very thorough and informative notebook for the house and local activities. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. We found some amazing restaurants and fun shops downtown. The train ride was amazing - first class is the way to go even though I expect the open air car is fun as well. Bonus activity was the local escape room. It’s run by a local family and was super fun.

Summary: A beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and comfortable location from which to access the many attractions in Jim Thorpe. Off-street parking is a plus. One bathroom might be a challenge for larger groups, but for us (3) was not a problem.

Summary: Very nice, spacious home. 6 adults stayed there for a rafting weekend. Very good water pressure and hot water. New carpets had some off-gassing July 2025. Very close to a pleasant walking trail, and only a 20 minute walk into town.

Summary: Convenient. Comfortable. Clear & quick communication. Overall great experience. Really enjoyed private porch off bedroom. Appreciated the themed decor. Off street parking a plus. Only 1 bath which required patience, but that's part of the "charm" of an older home

Summary: My friends and I booked this place last minute when our other house canceled on us 2 days before. We stayed here over new years and had a blast. Owner was very accommodating and communicated well. The place was super clean and in a great location within walking distance to the town. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
