If you love to swim, fish in the bay, bike along Dune Road or just take long walks on the beach, this HAMPTONS house has it all! Westhampton Beach Village has incredible restaurants, shops, winery's close by, and even a performing arts center for rainy days. The kids can chill in front of the newer large screen smart Samsung TV (hung above the fireplace where the “Enjoy” sign is pictured in the main living area) while you get yourself ready for an unforgettable day. NEW- there is a gas fire table out in the deck! Whether you want fine dining or simply grab an ice cream cone to stroll the quaint shops of the newly renovated Main Street area, you're covered. Summary: Beautiful property! Open and airy, tastefully decorated, superb kitchen, outstanding outdoor space, wonderfully landscaped, plenty of parking. The kitchen was great...well appointed with all amenities. Open floor plan was very comfortable and relaxing...great for families. The deck was incredible! Unobstructed views of the sunset over the bay, fire table, great outdoor furniture and grille. Nice little private balcony with seating for two off the Master Bedroom. Great outdoor shower. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Close to Westhampton Beach Village with great restaurants. Quick walk to stunning beaches. Communication with host was excellent. Overall, a very, very enjoyable week at a very, very enjoyable property!

Summary: Jeffery’s property was super clean and the living space lovely, with 4 all glass sliding doors looking out to the bay and beautiful sunsets. The house was well stocked and had everything needed to cook and grill. The ocean is a very short walk and we could hear the waves at night. We had a great time and wii plan on returning again.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful week at Jeffrey’s “Sunset Cove”! The house was meticulously clean and organized. Fully stocked with everything you would need for a wonderful week at the beach. Jeff was very accessible and quickly responded to any questions we had. Short walk to the beach made easier by a beach wagon. Our family looked forward to the amazing sunsets on the deck by the fire table! We had a great time :)

Summary: My husband and I stayed at Jeffrey's house with our adult children. We couldn't have asked for a better set up or a nicer house. Short walk to the ocean, and spectacular sunset views over the bay. We had plenty of space (especially because the "kids" had to work several days - one made a little office out of the downstairs room). The well stocked kitchen made it a pleasure to cook most dinners there. Jeffrey was a responsive host, and gave us all the info we needed to make our stay a pleasure. HIghly recommend.

Summary: This home is the perfect relaxing beach spot! It was spotless upon arrival and had a ton of features that we discovered all throughout the week. The outdoor shower was a huge hit with our group! The access to the beach was incredible - a short walk to a private sandy entrance made easier with the wagon that pulled not only our 14 month old but towels, umbrellas and bags. If you’re looking for a relaxing home in West Hampton, we would definitely recommend checking this one out!
