Summary: We booked well in advance for graduation weekend at a fair price, not inflated for graduation. The property is very clean and conveniently located to everywhere we needed to go. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We would stay here again.

Summary: Driving up, I had concerns. Walking in, they disappeared. The townhouse was very nice. Furnishings were nice and comfortable. It was clean. They had several books for reading, games and stuff for entertaining kids. We were five minutes from many restaurants and shopping. We could reach basically anywhere in Waco in less than 20 minutes. I would recommend
