Positive: Easy to access house through use of key safe. Good location. Within walking distance of shops, pubs, bar, and restaurants. Great showers. Good size kitchen table. Very useful utility space with washing machine and separate dryer. First floor bedrooms very spacious. Good kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, and dishwasher. Good heating system.

Negative: Parking outside the house can be a little hit and miss. Loft bedroom for adults has limited headroom. I wasn't keen on the twin wicker beds in the loft. Stairs are very steep to the loft room. No sitting out space at the rear. Not enough seating in the lounge (adequate for our group of 5).

Summary: It's ok, dependent on your situation.

Positive: We saw from a previous post that the lock box was at the back door, but it was a bit hard to open the front door at first. Once we mastered that, all good. There were lots of books and maps about local and nearby attractions. Location was great. We could walk to things easily.

Negative: With both sides of the street having parking and it being a narrow street, it was difficult to maneuver the car.

Summary: Great location, the place was clean and tidy. Cottage views from the bedrooms were beautiful.

Positive: A really lovely house in a great location! Perfect for doing walks in the malham cove area! It was clean and had everything we needed!

Negative: We had absolutely no communication from the host prior during or after our stay, we tried to contact them but didn’t hear anything which was a bit stressful trying to check in- luckily we got through to customer services in the end but it could have gone smoother

Summary: A beautiful home with good walks nearby. Perfect for a group.

Positive: Great location, made the most of the riverside walk, cafes, and charity shops in Settle. Were able to have a hike out of Settle, by foot. By car we explored Ingleton, Malham and Dentdale. Being so close to the Station, we were able to have family come and join us for the day from Leeds. Even got to watch the rugby match from the window.

Negative: The mugs for tea were very large, that was our only complaint.

Summary: Great Location to explore Settle and the Dales. Comfy house with everything we needed for our stay

Positive: House very clean & tidy. Very comfortable beds. Showers/bathrooms were excellent. Plenty of crockery etc. Would definitely recommend a stay!

Negative: Not enough mirrors! Each bedroom needs a mirror (for hairdrying purposes). The bath towels were quite small. Could do with more prosecco glasses, (there were only 2). The handle on the door to the downstairs loo was broken, wouldn't turn. Solved by the use of masking tape to cover the latch (so as not to get stuck in!).

Positive: Great house for a group, we visited to complete the 3 peaks challenge. Nicely decorated with lots of space and plenty of equipment and appliances. It’s also a short 5 minute walk into settle so an ideal location.

Negative: There isn’t any outside space.
