Positive: Loreta was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable. Everything was clean, and had a vintage style to the room. There were a variety of books to recommend what to do around seascale and Cumbria, which I thought was very helpful. A dining room which had a mini fridge, cutlery, coffee, cereal, milk etc.
Negative: Not the property, but the village itself seascale is remote to it is a bit difficult to move around without car, as the trains are often delayed or even cancelled.
Summary: Relaxing, isolated place from urban cities. Great for a solo trip.

Positive: I had a fantastic stay at The Westcliff. The room was exactly as described — spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The highlight was, without a doubt, the breathtaking sea view, which I enjoyed every morning and evening. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, local shops, and restaurants. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it the ideal place to relax and unwind. Loreta, the host, was welcoming, friendly, and always quick to respond, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend The Westcliff to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing seaside escape, and I’m already looking forward to returning.

Positive: The location was fantastic overlooking the sea. The property was spotless, the bedroom was spacious with a very comfy bed and clean bathroom.
Negative: The only option for breakfast was cereal. There is a cafe down the road that opens at ten. The only place serving evening meals is the fab chippy 'salt', but it gets incredibly busy. All other establishments require driving out of the village. Its not a bad thing but just thought it was worth mentioning.
Summary: My new favourite place.

Positive: It was simple, comfortable, and clean. Loreta was lovely and communicated in advance about what to expect in the town and in the hotel. The hotel itself was nicely decorated and the room had a lovely view over the sea. I loved sitting in the garden on the clifftop.

Positive: Very nice place, with no breakfast availability but fantastic views. There was a dining room that we could use for having our food, also provided with microwave but no place where to put the dirty dishes/etc so I had to take them to the room. Otherwise, helpful stuff, great place to disconnect. Rooms are dreamy with sea view and really calm area to disconect.

Positive: Loreta was welcoming and warm ,she left you alone unless you needed anything especially a Cork screw .The room was clean and well maintained with a good view. It was a pleasure to stay and I would have no issues recommending the property to someone

Positive: There was no Breakfast included. I liked the fact the location was close to where i wanted to travel to which was Wasdale head. The fish and Chip Restaurant in the village centre was good value for money.
Negative: The hot water in the shower stopped working after two nights of my stay. The Hotels appearance was run down and the back of the property had old scaffolding erected and the car parking area was not great at the rear of the property. the drive way from the road to the back of the hotel was quite narrow with a stone wall on one side.
