Positive: We were given a very warm welcome on our arrival, and Paddy and Liz were outstanding hosts throughout. They were very friendly and easy to talk with, including an invitation to join them for a cup of tea on our arrival. We were able to readily park completely off the road up a long driveway. It was a very pleasant home and garden. We had our own separate space with pleasing decor, a comfortable bed, an onsuite shower room, and our own separate toilet. There was all we needed for a restful stay- toiletries if needed, tea and coffee making, including a coffee plunger and a basket of snacks. Reigate is a just a few minutes drive away and is a very pleasant town with a range of shops, cafes and eating places.
Summary: A very pleasant private space with lovely hosts. Would like to return.

Positive: Lovely family house, situated in a quiet area close to the train station. Very comfy bad and separate bathroom and shower. Liz and Patrick are great hosts, we had very nice conversations and they gave us recommendations for our stay in the UK. Cleanliness 10/10. We‘ll definitely come back again one day :)

Positive: Location set back down a long gravel drive way peace and quiet away from the main road, nice size room with all amenities to hand even a basket of toiletries to choose from.
Negative: Nothing all very good
Summary: Bliss after working nights the property was a treat to o come back too and get a good rest.

Positive: The accommodation could not be better. Great value for money and in the perfect location. Let’s start with the owners, perfect hosts, explaining every detail about your stay, handing you your own front door key. If you’re worried about it being a sofa bed, don’t be. The mattress is thick with an extra thick topper to it. I damaged my spine in the military and I slept sooo well. You have a nice desk , with kettle tea and coffee on it, very comfy chair to with it. A very roomy shower with plenty of hot water and sink off the room. Your loo is a few paces down the hall from your bedroom door. The most secure parking I’ve had at any accommodation I have stayed at. You park in front of the garage at the end of a long secluded driveway. And there the car stayed for the next 48 hrs. I was visiting family in Reigate, so a 10 minute walk to the start of the high street with shops bars and restaurants. Point to note I hobble along with a walking stick, so you fit souls could do it in 6/7 minutes. Wi-Fi is free, with the code stuck to your desk. There is no tv or radio in the room, but in this day and age of the IPad and blue tooth headphones, who needs them especially with the exceptional value of the accommodation.
Negative: Nothing to dislike.
