Westwind is the perfect home for everyone to gather & play on the lake. It's located right in the heart of Lake LBJ & only a short paddle away from the sandy island that is very popular for boaters. This home has a ping pong table, kayaks & lily pads to keep you entertained all day & night! After a day at the lake grab the kids to make some popcorn in the new popcorn & candy machine & enjoy family movie night. Or sit outside to enjoy the sunset from the 2 patios or down at boat dock!

This home is located on Lake LBJ in Kingsland Texas. Minutes away from the Kingsland Community Public Boat Ramp, HEB, and several local restaurants.

We are available via phone, text, email, or in person if need be. This home is very close to the water, so you will want to keep that in mind if you have young children.
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.
Security cameras located on the outside the property
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

Pets are not allowed at this property. If evidence of pets is found, an automatic fee of $500 is charged to the card on file.

Summary: Really enjoyed the property and the water right behind the house! Kids enjoyed fishing, swimming, paddle boarding and playing games on the balcony. Beautiful view!

Summary: if you are planning on swimming you have to be okay with a lot of plant life in the water. Also pretty hard to get sun with the covered porch and boat area. House was comfortable for 6 of us

Summary: This property was accurate to what was described in the post. If you are looking for some peace and quite, mid-Dec is a great time to be here. Virtually no neighbors seen during our stay (not that it would have been a problem). I suspect this place is teaming with activity during the Summer. Great place to bring a family. The only short-coming is the upstairs shower. It is tiny. Would stay there again.
