Summary: The property has been very nicely renovated with modern finishes while maintaining some of the vintage charm. It is very clean and quiet. The owners were very responsive. However, we were only given one key (our party was 4 adults) so we had to all come and go together. A combination lock would have been better and eased the check in process plus allowed us to split up our group and do different activities. This is a bath and 1/2 (which wasn’t 100% clear in the listing). The only other thing on our “wish list” would be a larger coffee maker. The coffee make is French Press and makes only 2 cups at a time. Overall, the property is very nice and served our needs well.

Summary: We stayed at this VRBO as a group of 5 going to two weddings back to back in the area. This place was awesome, cute, clean and affordable. I can’t recommend enough for a weekend stay!

Summary: We are a family of 6 and we were quite comfortable at this home. Listing is as described, beds were comfortable, air conditioning in bedrooms and main living area. Location is not too far to drive to many beaches, dinning. Would have preferred an access code to check in to property, but host was very accommodating with our check in time. Nice to have laundry with kids and a second bathroom.

Summary: The rental was a good size for our party. The steps into the rental were a challenge. We were happy to have a first floor bedroom for our older family member. The location of the rental was near everything we needed and wanted to see.

Summary: This was a great spot for my family to meet my brother-in-law and niece for a beachy summer getaway. Great communicaiton with the owners, nice decor, comfy beds, fully-stocked kitchen, and nice touches with the coffee they left for us and a comprehensive list of things to do in the area. We went to a different beach every day - it was fantastic! Narragansett for sunset ( $16 per person during the day, but free after 5p), South Kingston Beach, and Matunuk. And I was in paradise at My Sister's Garden, just down the road. Would definitely stay here again - gold stars all around.

Summary: This was a perfect rental for our family of five (4 adults, 1child) with space for more. Plenty of space for us to be together and plenty of space for us to have some quiet time to ourselves. The location was great for us to pop in and out of Newport,Providence, take college tours and local beaches. The owner was easy to contact and had great suggestions for restaurants and fun stuff to do. We will definitely book here again if we are in the area.
