There is a $100 charge to add your name as the guest, that is included in the price, if you need to change the name afte that, it is $100 to change the name if someone else is going first or you want to give to someone else, this is a resort fee, we do not profit from it, but again, the original guest certificate for the 1st person is included in the price.

This resort is also sold on the major travel site and price here is sooo much better! :)
About a 10 minute walk to lifts or you can catch the shuttle right at the corner o our resort, about 2 block walk to main shops and restaurants
This is a timeshare, All units are furnished the same and Wyndham Assigns the Specific unit at checkin. There are no guarantees for a specific unit, if you are renting this elsewhere and somebody makes that kind of promise, Beware! Your unit is cleaned upon exit for the next guest, not a hotel! no daily Maid service :)

Summary: A bit of a a walk to the lift, but a quiet area just outside the village. We loved the unit, pool, and many restaurants right outside our door.
