Negative: Type of building means sometimes hear noise from other rooms, but not serious issue. Would book again.

Positive: Was a pleasant surprise to find the the accommodation was so much more than a B&B. Very friendly hosts, use of a lovely living area with giant TV. The room we were given had a balcony that overlooked the grounds. Sunset was nice and relaxing to watch the horses in their fields, all part of the grounds. Very flexible with breakfast time, we had an early flight but still managed (a very lovely) breakfast. Will definitely look to rebook when we next visit.
