2 Bedroom Cottage in Lake Cathie

Slap af i dette Hamptons inspirerede hyggelige strandhus, der nyder 160 graders havudsigt og udsigt over forlandet med moderne indeslutninger og komfort i tankerne, og kun en gade tilbage fra stranden. LAYOUT
Nedenunder har et rummeligt køkken med alle apparater, du har brug for til et behageligt ophold, herunder en morgenmad / spisebord eller udendørs spisning på dækket.
Det åbne planmesterværelse er til venstre og et andet soveværelse til højre, et badeværelse ligger mellem værelser i gangen, mod udendørsdækket. Et andet sneaky toilet er placeret i vaskerummet ud for den udendørs bagdækket.
Bagdækket består af to niveauer.
Første niveau er til siddepladser eller spisestue og det andet nedre dæk til et opholdsstue med valgfrie hængekøje kroge og hængekøje til rådighed. Trækket ned igen åbner dækket op til en stor grøn skrånende græsplæne. Haven er fuldt indhegnet.
Ovenpå er der en meget komfortabel stue / tv-stue med 55 tommer smart tv og har en separat veranda med storslået havudsigt. Du kan se hvalerne passere fra maj til november under deres årlige migration.
GÅ TIL STRAND, CAFE'S OG SHOPS
Huset ligger på strandsiden af Ocean Drive, den vigtigste kystvej fra Lake Cathie til Port Macquarie. Stranden er en minutters gåtur via en kort vej, Middle Rock Surf pause er 800 meter væk. Når du er i huset og på bagdækket, finder du dig selv i en afslappende omgivelser og næppe husker du er i hjertet af Lake Cathie med caféer, restauranter, tavern og indkøbscenter kun 500 meter ned ad vejen. Lake Cathie er en lille kystby og har ingen trafiklys, kun et par hovedgader, trafikken i denne lille kystby dør ned efter kl.

Summary: The property was great, really well set up for a weeks holiday with everything at your finger tips. We took our dog and it was fantastic with a good backyard and a couple of mins walk to the beach for puppy fun!

Summary: Everything about this place met or exceeded our expectations. Booking and check in was easy (and provided all the info well in advance), comms from the property managers was warm and friendly and the place itself was perfect. Upon arriving was met with a welcome food and drink package and personalised hand written notes welcoming the family from Craig at Beachscape. Even included doggy treats and a welcome for the pups who were with us. The house was super clean and didn't have any smell of prior pets like some do. Amazing views from the deck. Despite being a small house they've really maximised the usable space with multiple relaxing areas inside and out. The beds were fantastic. Appliances were fantastic including an Apple TV projector, very nice coffee machine and a hopper full of beans ready to go, nice clean dishwasher etc. Wonderfully renovated bathroom with a nice big shower. The hammock out on the back deck by the water feature was exceptionally relaxing.Kids loved it, dogs loved it, would happily stay again. Thanks Beachscape for such a wonderful stay.

Summary: We all had such an amazing albeit life changing week at this property! We always appreciate properties which are accommodating for our dog. What we didn’t expect was an extensively catered accommodation- every convenience that you could imagine is accounted for in this lovely house. The views.across the ocean are magnificent. The shower, beds and variety of comfortable seating options are of a very high quality. We certainly didn’t want to leave! Within easy walking distance to ruggedly beautiful coastline and supermarket. We have already booked our return stay!

Summary: Amazing property with ocean views, centrally situated and has all the amenities. Haven’t been to such a self contained house where literally everything was available in the house. Wished we had more time to just relax and enjoy the property. There was a planned power outage during our stay and properly agent did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Big thank you for that.

Summary: Loved staying here. So much thought has gone into ensuring you have a wonderful stay from the basket of treats to the wonderful outdoor area and the large screen upstairs for movies. I could see the stairs being a problem for some. Really comfy beds. The pups loved the back yard and beach. Planning my next stay already. Thank you

Summary: My family all had a wonderful stay at White Beach Cottage at Lake Cathie. Everything about this cottage is perfect and the maintenance including the delightful garden was fantastic. Inside the cottage was immaculate and very clean and fresh with a beautiful view of the sea. There was a generous welcome share and leave basket which was a lovely surprise and a bottle of wine to enjoy on our first night. Lake Cathie is a lovely friendly village and the Tavern in the village did excellent meals. We will definitely come back to stay again one day. Thank you!

Summary: We had a fantastic stay. It is a brilliantly finished holiday home, everything you might need for a perfect get away. It is a great location with a beautiful out look to the sea, shops near by and an easy drive to so many things in the Port Macquarie area. What also made it extra special was the lovely features and of the home, it was so comfortable and modern. It was also a perfect place to stay with our puppy. The beach behind the house is dog friendly so she enjoyed many morning walks along the beach. We will most definitely stay again.
