Positive: A very beautiful and thoughtfully designed villa. We loved the ambience—the pool was deep enough, and the rooms were huge and very clean.
Negative: No one was there to receive us, and there was no staff available if we needed anything. You should keep in mind that if you choose this villa, you will be completely on your own. For instance, we got locked out of our own room and there was no spare key, while all our belongings were inside. We had to spend the night in the other rooms, and only the next morning did they send someone to fix the lock. The following day, the water supply stopped, and we were told to switch the motor on ourselves.

Positive: Great stay with friends! We stayed at this villa with friends and had a wonderful time. The house is bright, clean and spacious, exactly like in the photos. The kitchen has everything you need, and the living room is very cozy for evenings together. The bedrooms are comfortable with soft beds and fresh linens. The private pool is lovely - perfect for relaxing. We also drove to Ao Yon beach for swimming, just 7 minutes away. The Panwa area is beautiful, quiet and great for a peaceful holiday. The hosts were very responsive, and check-in was smooth. Highly recommend this villa for a group stay!

Positive: Beautiful house, large area, and have parking. The house is spacious, bright and well equipped, there is a swimming pool and a barbecue area, the owners are nice, they gave us useful locations to see in the area, this made our holiday very easy, the beautiful beach is about 5 minutes by car, there is also a nice view tower , we recommend visiting and there is a view cafe with zeepline and other things to explore .

Positive: We had an amazing holiday at this villa. The house is very clean and spacious, each bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub as well as a good kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils, although we did not use it as there is a very good restaurant 5 minutes away and a 7-11 3 minutes away . The owner is always ready to help and very friendly. The location is remote, but this is not a problem if you have a bicycle or car. Everything can be reached within a 10-15 minute drive. And since it's remote, you can enjoy the pool most of the time. So, if you are looking for a quiet place for a large family, this is just for you
