Positive: Good location, comfortable bed and air conditioning. Had a kitchen and coffee machine. Also a balcony and quite big bathroom.

Negative: We could not check-in at 14 like it was arranged. The terrace I think is not private, it had no bbq oven. We used the washing machine and it did not work correctly and we had anywhere to put the wet clothes. Also a few toiletpaper, no oven mittens.

Positive: The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean.

Negative: THe cleanliness of the place was an issue for us. We found a dirty fridge, dirty kettle, in the kitchen. The outdoor furniture was dirty. We did not have all t.v. channels. The upper terrace furniture was dirty. We telephoned the owner at 5.30 pm and told her we could not access all t.v. channels and that the fridge and kitchen were not clean. When we returned to the room we still did not have access to all t.v. channels and nothing had been done about the kitchen area. We are not used to staying in places where hygiene is not good - and lack of attention to cleanliness. We know Rethymno very well. We stay there a lot. We wont be returning.
