Positive: The location was excellent, right in the Old Town, but better soundproofing is needed, as it was quite difficult to sleep.
Negative: The kitchen was missing a lot of essential utensils for cooking. There was only one small towel in the kitchen for four days and no one replaced it. No cleaning was done, only the towels were changed.
Summary: It was nice, but only because this place is near shops and cafes

Positive: Location location location. The balcony was incredible. Overlooking the harbour and the restaurants. Amazing amenities. Awesome to have a full kitchen and washing machine. Huge apartment, so much space.
Negative: The balcony could do with a clean due to bird mess on it each day. The bath did not work properly. The downstairs bathroom did smell.

Positive: Beautiful apartment right on the water within the old city pedestrian zone, close to old city attractions and vibrant restaurant scene. View was superb, energy of restaurants just below was palpable. Immaculately clean, with a large soaking tub upstairs next to a king bed, and two well appointed bathrooms with nice showers, and full kitchen, which we did not use.
Negative: We had a rental car and parking is not provided, but we were able to drop bags at door and found public parking one block north at the waterfront lot with a very reasonable daily rate.
Summary: Romantic studio apartment with balcony overlooking Rethymno's inner harbor.

Positive: A well-located apartment with a huge selection of restaurants and shops just a few steps away. An ideal starting point for excursions. The terrace and the wonderful view compensate for the minor shortcomings.
Negative: I would have liked to use a drying rack and an ironing board. It is annoying that the window next to the upstairs bathroom is not shaded. Despite this, I enjoyed my time here.

Negative: Air conditioning has to be turned off when leaving building as it’s the key. Only one key provided - made it tricky to do our own thing Stairs very steep. Ad is slightly misleading - I thought I had booked apartment with harbour view as it’s a terrace - however terrace it’s an apartment out the back with no sea view and just standard terrace - be careful!
