Summary: First off the staff were extremely attentive and polite so top marks there. The food for an establishment of this level should be a lot better especially considering the price like 32 dollars for a duck confit poutine was a disappointment. The rooms are dated especially the washrooms, and the pool area is too small and crowded needs a refresh. The value for money is simply not there. The property was quiet and restful but amenities were weak.

Summary: Enjoyed my stay for the weekend. It was great customer service from checkin to checkout. The Liv restaurant staff was very professional and friendly service all around, the breakfast is what we had and the food was amazing, a chef’s kiss amazing!

Summary: Shower water was like warm at best. In room air unit was so loud and squeaky it was in useable. Office chair was a broken conference room chair. Intoxicated people roaming hallways up to 2 am making sleep impossible.

Summary: It was an easy process to check in and out, there were no line ups. What I didn’t like was the hair in the bath tub. The beds were clean and comfy. The walls of the room were scuffed up pretty badly for a luxury hotel, however, overall our stay was a good one.
