Negative: The floor in the kitchen was terrible -- tile is loose and coming up -- pieces of grout are sharp and everywhere. There was a planned power outage that we were not informed of -- we could not cook and had small children -- no breakfast for the littles . . . The grass was cut by a maniac that came within 18" of us cooking dinner on a grill -- (both gas tanks were empty for grill so we had to use charcoal) traumatized children as they were outside standing by grill -- driver got grass all over grill and food. We called the owner who said the driver of the lawnmower was sorry but we lost dinner and had scared children. Gift cards for dinner would have made for a nice substitution . . .Freezer leaked water into refrigerator -- instead of fixing you had to keep a bowl in fridge where we found it
Summary: Please don't book until you are sure the floor is repaired.

Positive: The house itself was clean and in a quiet neighborhood.
Negative: Water pressure wasn’t great. Washing machine smelled bad. Gutters completely clogged. Could not see the River from the property. Closest place to fish was over a mile away and it was under a highway bridge. Absolutely no access to swim.
