Positive: The location was perfect for the reason we were visiting Airlie Beach. Exceeded all expectations. The personal touches, such as shampoo, body wash, hand soap moisturiser etc was much appreciated. Everything you need is there for you to use. Great experience, and all communication was clear and prompt.

Positive: Easy to get to and spacious. Nice amenities too. Very well stocked.

Negative: A little farther from the main areas and town. But not too bad. This could be viewed as a positive too since it’s a nice retreat from all the action and noise. I wish we had access to a pool.

Summary: We had a great and relaxing time at this rental which suited our whole family well.

Positive: The house was big enough for 2 families to share. it has all the amenities required. The staff were fantastic. We notified them that the master bed was broken by previous tenants and they replaced it within 24 hours.

Negative: The shower doesn’t drain and leaves a pool of water by the laundry door each time anyone has a shower.
