Located only minutes walk to the beautiful Merry Beach, take away, general store and restaurant you can hang up the car keys!
The main bedroom has a luxurious king size bed and ensuite. For the teenager's or extended family there is an upstairs bedroom/loft with a double sofa bed, 43 inch Flat Screen TV and private deck which offers amazing ocean views, the perfect place to gather and enjoy your morning coffee. The living room has a 55 inch flat screen TV and dining/kitchen area has a 32 inch flat screen TV both include reverse cycle airconditioning units for cooling in summer and heating in winter.
After a day of fun in the sun you can relax around the BBQ and take in the ocean views from the undercover entertaining area.
Guests have access to the lock up garage and there is plenty of off street parking so bring the boat!
