Summary: The property was very well maintained. Great layout especially for our group because of the need for bedrooms to be separate.Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils but lacked kitchen dish towels or a dish washcloth but improvised with a bath towel and washcloth… Beds were very comfortable and the extra pillows on each bed was wonderful!!

Summary: The condo was nice. But the condo needed to provide simple details like where to empty the trash, how to manage resort security gate upon arrival. Reaching out to our Guest Contact for assistance was a waste of time. She did not pickup her phone nor did she respond to emails. We were also missing two TV remotes and therefore could not view the TV in those rooms.

Summary: We came to VA to celebrate my husbands birthday at Busch Gardens and Water Country. Upon first arrival the community is gated, quiet, and beautiful. The apartment numbers on the outside were confusing, but we figured it out. Inside the unit was very clean and decorated nicely. We arrived pretty late Friday night only to find that the TV’s in 2 of the bedrooms did not have remotes nor did the buttons on the tv’s themselves work. Also, the WiFi password given was incorrect. I emailed and called the contact info provided with no response, on Saturday morning. When we returned from the water park Saturday evening we found that the shower handle in one of the bathrooms was stripped, which made it hard to turn the water on and off. Even when it was off it still constantly dripped. I reached out to Evolve, and got a generic email response. On Sunday morning I finally got a call back from the contact person who informed me that she would let the owner know about the issues. We also found out that the dryer didn’t work. We put our wet clothes in on Saturday night and they were still damp Sunday morning. I ran them through the dryer again and they still did not dry. No one ever showed up to fix any of the issues or reach out to use about compensation. Again, the unit was nice and clean, but the customer service was lack luster.

Summary: So many things provided with the stay (toiletries; utensils and flatware, esp the important things like wine glasses and a corkscrew; Brita water jug; cleaning supplies; etc). Great location with access to a beautiful ocean view and even pond fishing if you're into it. Golf course. Tennis court. On site restaurants. Quiet. Clean. Rooms spaced out enough to provide maximum privacy. Each room can be climate controlled individually. Literally the perfect stay.

Summary: We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It backs up to trees and a lake, and you can see the top of the roller coaster at Busch Gardens across the lake. It was an easy check-in process, it was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We had a few minor issues. There was an odor in the kitchen sink (probably in the disposal). The A/C and heat were reversed in the back king bedroom. The wi-fi password was wrong, and there was no cable (or instructions for TV) in 2 of the bedrooms. But, overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
